All payments on Redeemio are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details never touch our servers.

How payments work

  1. You select vouchers and proceed to checkout
  2. You are redirected to Stripe's secure hosted payment page
  3. Stripe processes your card payment and returns you to the voucher confirmation page
  4. Your voucher is delivered instantly via email

Security measures

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment card security certification
  • HTTPS encryption — all pages are served over TLS 1.3
  • 3D Secure — additional cardholder verification when required by your bank
  • No card storage — we never store your full card number or CVC

Refunds and disputes

If you need a refund, contact the venue directly. For payment disputes, Stripe's dispute resolution process applies. Unused vouchers linked to refunded payments are automatically blocked from redemption.
